* Mill Manager (MM)
Requirements:
1. S1 Mechanical Engineering,
2. Min. 3 years experience,
3. More preferable of oil palm plantation companies.
4. Ability to the development / design improvements to processing palm oil.
5. Ability control & improve the operational performance of Oil Palm Factory.

* Garden Leader / “Kepala Kebun” (KK).
1. S1 Agriculture-Agronomy,
2. Min experience of 2 years,
3. Preferable from oil palm plantation companies,
4. Know of KKPA and regulations regarding local government.

* Ka. Technic (KT-SITE).
1. S1 Civil Engineering,
2. Min. 2 years experience,
3. Preferable from oil palm plantation companies.
4. Ability make improvements to the control / vehicle engine maintenance and heavy equipment vehicles,
5. Can create a design and cost estimate of road infrastructure development, building
realization and implementation.

* Asst. HRGA (HRGA-SITE).
1. D3 Management, Law,
2. Min. 2 years experience,
3. More preferable from oil palm plantation companies.
4. Know personnel administration, payroll and Jamsostek.

* Community Development (CD).
1. S1 all departments,
2. Min experience of 3 years,
3. Preferable from oil palm plantation companies.
4. Know and experienced in community development programs.
5. Have strong leadership and an effective mass communication.

* Asst. Finance (AK-SITE)
1. D3 Accounting or a related department.
2. Min. 2 years experience,
3. Preferable from oil palm plantation companies.
4. Ability of basic accounting capabilities.

* Chief of Security (Cos).
1. Experience served in the position of the same / similar at least 5 years.
2. Have a broad relationship with the concerned officials and the authorized officials.
3. Have mass communication skills and good leadership is strong.
Coverage area operations in Kalimantan.

* General Doctor (DU).
1. Experience served in the same position at least 3-4 years,
PTP 2. Already implementing the program.
